About the program:
The CUSAT NGS facility funded by the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB), Government of Kerala established the Genomic Facility in 2023 at National Centre for Aquatic Animal Health to accelerate genomics research and services. The facility has the entire pipeline for sequencing using Illumina NextSeq 2000 platform. The Genomic Facility at NCAAH in association with M/s. Premas Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd is organizing a 5-day hands-on Workshop on Microbial Genome Sequencing for eligible candidates from 17-21st March, 2025. The objective of the workshop is to impart Microbial whole genome sequencing training to selected candidates.

Interested candidates including UG & PG Students, Research Scholars, PDFs and faculties from basic or applied life science disciplines are eligible to apply.
