Competitive Quotations are invited from approved firms with a valid GST, for Annual Maintenance Contract for 100L fermentor (1 Nos) Installed at this centre. Sealed Covers containing quotations superscribed “AMC for 1 No. of 100L Scigenics Fermentor NCAAH/AMC/State-Plan/2024/1” due on 31/08/2024 should reach the undersigned on or before 31/08/2024 3.00 PM. See the Notification for detailed specifications.
Please note the following:
- The centre has the right to reject any quotation without assigning any reason
- The rates quoted should be without GST and other charges if any, should be shown separately.
- GST Number and Income Tax, PAN,of the quotationer should be indicated. CUSAT GST Number is 32AAALC0844J1ZJ.
- The items covered in the AMC should be clearly mentioned in the quotations along with the details of visit.
- The quotations are to be sent by speed post/ registered post only and those delivered by hand /courier shall not be accepted. Any quotation received after the time fixed on due date will be rejected.
- The approved quotationer should execute a one year rate contract agreement in non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 200/-. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
- The payment will be made in three installments after the completion of period of 4 months each.
- Further clarifications if any, may be obtained from the office on all working days.
